Kamiak Geospatial is a full service Geospatial Analysis company producing the results of scientific work on wall size maps. We selected the highest quality wide format printer for our commercial purposes. We use this printer for the production of New Dimension Map Art showing textured full-color aerial views of the earth for retail sale. These fine art prints are vivid, possess rich colors, and offer exceptional levels of detail. We also use it to produce production maps of projects for our resource management clients. We produce all of our large format prints on the Epson 9880 44” wide printer.

Custom Imagery Reproduction

The Epson 9880 44” wide printer uses Epson UltraChrome K3™ with Vivid Magenta Ink technology which represents a defining moment in the history of fine art printing. Epson UltraChrome K3 ink incorporates eight new color pigments, including a new three-level black technology, raising the bar for professional color and black and white prints. This produces archival prints with amazing color fidelity, gloss-level, and scratch resistance, while providing consistently stable colors that significantly outperform lesser ink technologies. It also results in professional neutral and toned black and white prints with higher density levels and virtually no metamerism or bronzing.

The Epson 9880 incorporates the NEW Epson MicroPiezo^® AMC™ print head technology, producing almost twice the print performance of other model lines. An astonishing resolution of 2880 x 1440 dpi delivers a level of image quality that defines the industry standard.

Your digital image file is processed through Onyx RIP Center software. This work-flow provides you with optimized file sizing to your desired media size and superior color management.

We stock Epson’s print media line of Premium Luster Photo Paper, and Enhanced Matte Paper in 16”, 24”, 36” and 44” widths. Other media options are available on request.

Digital Imaging

We offer our services to people and businesses for the production of high quality digital images on exceptional media. Your digital prints can be conveyed to us on file media (CD, DVD, thumb drive, etc.) or over our secure Internet FTP site (user name and password protected). When your print is delivered, the source files are deleted. We are a family-oriented business and retain the right to refuse printing of distasteful images.
